SWITCH Bluetooth Handle Operating Instructions Host Settings: 1 To connect a Bluetooth handle ensure the Controller Connection Bluetooth option on the host is ON or turn off Flight Mode. 2 On the main page select Controllers Change Grip Order to enter the Bluetooth device searching mode on the host. This step is not required for reconnecting. 3 If pairing difficulties occur it could be due to too many Bluetooth devices connected to the host. In this case manually clear the Bluetooth data System Settings Controllers and Sensors Disconnect Controllers. Handle Pairing with Host: When the handle is off and the charging cable is not plugged in press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds to turn it on. The 4 LEDs will flash rapidly and the channel indicator for a successful connection will stay on. If synchronization does not occur within 2.5 minutes the handle will automatically go to sleep. Once Bluetooth connection is successful the channel indicator LED corresponding to the Switch host will stay on. Handle Reconnection with Host: When the handle is off press the HOME button for 1 second to wake up the handle. Once awake it will automatically reconnect to the paired host. If the reconnection fails within 10 seconds the handle will go to sleep. Other buttons do not have a wake-up function.
