Horse Racing Game is an Extremely Fun Game to Play When Gathering with Friends or Families Party with 2-8 Players.
This fast-paced game of luck is super fun and easy to learn for all ages.
Deal the playing cards evenly to each player and roll the dice to move the horses toward the finish line.
The winning players, the ones who finish the game with cards matching the winning horse, will share the pot.
If you are a racing type, you can ante up a few wager for each horse to add an additional element to the game.
You can also set up several scratched horses, and when players roll dice that match the scratched horses, all other players who have the matching cards are required to be fined. More fun gameplay awaits your expansion!
For example:
The basic rules are shuffling the cards and dealing them out to the players. The cards you have will correspond to the horses on the track. You want your horse to win the pot of money. At the beginning of the game 4 horses scratch and don't race and are eliminated from play. The dice are then rolled around the table and the horses are advanced based on the dice rolled. The thing that is great about this game is that the less common numbers only need a few rolls to win and the more common numbers need many more rolls. For example, for the 2 or 12 horse to win, the dice would only have to be rolled 3 times to win. For the 7 horse to win you would have to roll that number 13 times!! It gets pretty intense as you get close to the finish line and you are waiting a certain roll. The winning horse that corresponds to the card in the player's hand wins the pot of chips. If there are more than 1 player with the winning horse (for example the 4 horse), the pot of money is split. The money pot increases in size based on paying the entry fee and if you have a card of a scratched horse when the dice is rolled you have to pay a fine to the pot. You are playing that when you get together with friends or extended family to make it more exciting and use real money as there will be realistic stakes in the game. This is a game of chance and anybody can win which is great. A round of the game will take 10-20 minutes depending on the dice rolled. This is definitely a game that won't get old. This may replace our extended family domino playing as the game of choice!! I would highly recommend this game and it is less costly as compared to similar games.
