*Why does the product not work even after adding water and powering it on?

1. Check the power of the adapter. The anti-gravity humidifier needs enough power to achieve the water discharge effect. We have provided a connecting cable. It is recommended that you use a 5V, 2A adapter and try again.

2. Check for water quality problems. Anti-gravity humidifiers cannot use non-mineral water. The mineral components in the water can use the internal technology of the product to force the water upward and then flow out through the outlet. Purified and distilled water is not recommended.

3. Do not force power on without water. This will cause air to enter the water pipe inside the product, causing the product to become abnormal and unable to work. You need to add water, turn it on, turn it off, and discharge the air several times in succession before the water will come out normally.
