Diffuse: Add between 5-20 drops to an Appellation stone diffuser or oil burner and diffuse throughout the area where you’re spending your evening. With each breath, tension eases and the mind unwinds – guiding you towards the sense of calm your body craves.

Pulse points: Place a drop or two on your pulse points or the palm of your hands. Rub your palms together, cup your hands, and inhale deeply.
