The Hawkins Instaa Cooker is a 1.5-liter pressure cooker ideal for 1 or 2 persons. It is hard anodized inside and out, making it non-toxic, hygienic, and healthy for low-oil cooking. The cooker features a 4.06 mm extra-thick induction base that stays flat, heats evenly, and prevents food from burning and sticking. It works on both gas and induction stoves. The pressure-locked safety lid ensures it will not open until the pressure falls to a safe level, and the new efficient pressure regulator cooks food faster and is easy to remove.
