A: Yes, our BK003 keyboard is compatible with both PS4 and Xbox games.

Q: Is this keyboard hot-swappable?

A: No, it isn't. Since this keyboard uses mechanically welded switches, you cannot replace the switch body.

Q: Why can't I use the num keys?

A: Please check if the Num Lock key is activated. The number keys are functional when the "N" light near the Num key is on.
