Semi-permanent, direct-dye color that allows artists to create color masterpieces . For the brightest and truest color tone results, apply on pre-lightened hair Shades can all be mixed with each other to create custom colors Clear can be used to dilute colors to make them lighter or pastel and Noir (black) can be added to other colors to make them darker Neon shades glow in black/UV lighting WHO TO USE: Shampoo hair but do not condition prior to application. If pre-lightening hair, completely shampoo out bleach or toner. Do not mix the haircolor with developer. Apply directly from tube to dry hair. Saturation is key. Working with 1/2 inch sections makes saturation easy. Leave on hair for 25 to 40 minutes without heat, or longer if desired. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
