If pre-lightening hair, completely shampoo out bleach or toner. Apply color to dry hair directly from tube without mixing color with developer. Completely and evenly saturate hair with color. Leave color on hair for at least 25 to 40 minutes, without heat. Rinse hair thoroughly with cool water. Do not shampoo.
