WHO TO USE:
1.Wet Your Toothbrush: Start by rinsing your toothbrush with water. 2.Apply Toothpaste: Squeeze a pea-sized amount of nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste onto the bristles. 3.Brush Gently: Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, using gentle circular motions. Focus on all areas, including the front, back, and chewing surfaces. 4.Rinse Thoroughly: After brushing, rinse your mouth with water to remove any toothpaste residue. 5. Use the toothpaste twice a day, ideally in the morning and before bedtime. 6.Avoid Eating or Drinking: After brushing, try to avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes to allow the nano hydroxyapatite to effectively remineralize your teeth.
