WHO TO USE:
1. Gather the MOEHAIR Hair Coloring Kit, including the 9N Very Light Blonde color, 20 volume developer, gloves, coloring brush, and mixing bowl. 2. Mix 1 part of 9N Very Light Blonde color with 2½ parts of Moehair developer in the mixing bowl. 3. Apply the permanent hair color mix on washed and dry hair, ensuring even distribution. 4. For all-over color, leave the mixture on for 60 minutes. For root touch-ups, process for 30 minutes before rinsing off. 5.
