It can also be applied over any look for a super dewy, glass skin effect. The formula includes plant-derived glycerin to increase skin’s natural moisture level, vitamin C to brighten and refine skin’s appearance, and rose hip seed oil rich in antioxidants to visibly brighten and moisturize skin.
